Like others, got these skates after your recommendation and online videos. Nice to see someone skate to what I see as a decent standard, I’d like to be able to achieve in skates I can get. Also makes me realise I’ve only got myself to blame for being rubbish! Only been skating couple of weeks though :) thanks for the vids
Thanks! And if I understand you correctly, I agree, A Pro skate doesn't make a Pro Skater, and vice versa. Just be as consistent as you can be and spend as much time on your wheels as you can, it all adds up. You'll improve fast.

Just got my MF500 this afternoon from Decathlon. The weather didn't 'approve' my 1st session in the evening... In Kuala Lumpur it is hard to predict the weather. 5 minutes nice sunny day and after that thunder storm, seriously. But your videos really encourage me to start skating again. Thank you 😁🛼
The wheels are actually very decent and I’m still using them. I’m working on a detailed review at the moment for the MF500; if I can get some decent weather I’ll get it finished!
Dunno what’s wrong with the dogs. Here also they seem aggressive to skaters. Thankfully they are usually on leash where I skate. Love your videos. Keep them coming. Would have loved to see a picture of the modified setup

And what is your final opinion about Oxelo Mf500? There are the cheapest freestyle rollers. I am using fitness K2 but I am thinking about to check my first freestyle. Seba rollers are to expensive as just to check ;-)
Maybe consider giving an update once you tested them out. I also come from K2 Fitness Skates but haven't used them much because i bought them too large. Having a flat and therefore wide foot, doesnt go well with K2's in general.. I really want a hardboot now since Its better for my weight anyway but cant really decide what to get.
What is the difference between fitness and freestyle? I see that these seem to have a lot more ankle support which is good for me. I consider buying those but I’m afraid they’ll be worse than my Oxelo Play 7, which is probably a fitness skate. Is it worth changing them? I do long distance skating
As you say, the Play 7 seem to be a fitness-style skate with a softer shell. The MF500 freeskate has a hard plastic boot with a removeable liner. Freeskates offer more support and are more durable since they are usually made for urban environments. I imagine the MF500 would be a superior skate and yes, you could use them for distance skating, though you may find them a bit heavier, and they can cause some ankle pain when skating for longer durations. An alternative might be the MF900? These are the same skate as the MF500 but with 3x110mm wheels instead of 4x80mm? I haven't tried them but I imagine these would be more suitable for distance skating.

After playing around with the setup on these I’ve reverted them back to stock to make a detailed review. For beginners, I wouldn’t change anything until they have learned some basics and are ready to progress. After that I’d probably just switch out the bearings for something a bit quicker. These MF500s are really good just as they are. 👍
Sizing can be strange. I’ve always bought skates in my regular shoe size, but the closest they offer in these skates is a half size up. I always feel that half size is just a tad too big for me.
I still love’em! I put the old frames back on, there’s no noticeable difference between them and the Seba frames, other than the threaded axle holes, but I prefer the black to the silver.

Need a new bottom buckle for my skates, do you know where I can get one?
Not 100% sure, but I imagine most buckles will fit. Maybe check on ProSkate?
