    Great Review Nik! As you said the price is great, considering also the metal plate between the frame and the boot. You don't see that on 90 euros skates.
    While it's true that some parts may feel a bit cheap, for example the buckles are fixed on the boot and are not removable , but this also gives some peace of mind. You won't have loose screws and lose them.
    I had them for 6 months and still love them, I left the wheels in their places so I now have a nice natural rocker. I highly suggest doing that as you already have a good stability from the frame length.

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thanks for your comment! You're right natural rockering is a great thing, I've always used it when I skated on 4*80 before

    Great, thorough and in depth review, Nik! I like that they have 165 mounts so you can switch frames when you get ready to. Most skates in this price range (like the Powerslide Zoom for example) have rivets mounting the frames to the boots and can’t be removed by the end user easily. They seem very well made for the price range and it’s really a shame that we do not see this skate in the US anywhere. I’ll be interested to see what you say about them in six months! Hope you’re well, my friend!

    Thanks so much for your great review. I really detailed and supportive. Since I will order it for my daughter just please one question. Her normal shoes size is 38. I read some complains about Oxelo size because one size more (39) will still small and some people recommended tow size up . I will appreciate your experience about this issue.

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you! For me my shoe size (42) worked perfectly well . But I can't guarantee because it always depends on the width of the foot, shape of the toes etc. I've found the size chart with the heel-toe measurements herewww.decathlon.co.uk/landing/oxelo-adult-roller-skate/_/R-a-a210067v. Maybe it will help. But it always better to try first

    • @kristinapimenova8620
      @kristinapimenova8620 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much for your immediate replay. Since I have zero experience in skate. I heard that skate size should one size more than shoe size. Is this correct? Surly I wish her to try but I will order online.

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, it depends a lot on specific brand and model. But one size more is not a good idea at all. Usually it's even better then the skate is a little bit too tight at the beginning, because all skates have some period of "break-in", they become more loose with time. The tighter it is the more control you get. Unfortunately proper sizing is always a problem especially with the online buying... Hope you will get a good size.

    4:17 Cat! The only problem with these skates that they are out of stock. I tired to refer few people after your previous announcement, but it's hard to buy them. Same goes to other reasonably decent skates, but MF500 is out for all foot sizes.

    I've tried Oxelo MF900 (3x110). Soft wheels adsorb all your energy, they don't let you get enough speed, and make you exhausted. Straps are also too soft and they cannot hold the force, I've replaced them after the first ride. Liners have hard seams, they caused swelling which had been hurting for months. I have 4 pairs of roller skates, oxelos are the worst ones. Atm I use only their frames with FlyingEagle boots for aquarides, and my main skates are PowerSlide Next which definitely worth their price.

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, I haven't tried big wheeled model, but I know that softer wheels are not a good choice for them, at least for city skating. Straps and liners in my model seems ok for me, but that depends a lot from individual shape of foot and style of skating. They are of course not as good as Nexts but the price is the case here.

    • @nxadventures9510
      @nxadventures9510 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I only used to skate on Rollerblade fitness skates and Oxelo is a noticeable step up. The 86A wheels are also quite hard, compared to rollerblade 82A that come stock.

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @nxadventures9510 fitness skates always come with a softer wheels. 84-88a is good for city in my pov. But it also depends on the brand.

    • @justdanpo
      @justdanpo 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ValenGomez1D yeah, they were the same size.
      When I first saw Oxelo I thought they were clones of FE, just compare Oxelo MF900 and Flying Eagle F110S.
      Actually I bought Oxelos just because I needed new liners but I couldn't find ones of good price for my size. Oxelos (full set: boots+wheels+frames+liners) were cheaper than available at that moment liners

    5:03 Do the skates come with allen wrench(es)? And is yes, how it (they) look(s) like?

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Two keys were with them as I remember, the simple ones, Ikea style.

    • @lisapet160
      @lisapet160 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NikZvi Yes, after watching your video, the YT's AI suggested me one 1 year old video from my recent subscription. The guy showed those wrenches, told that he swapped the frame for "more advanced", but eventually put the original frame back. He noticed no performance advantage (except one-bolt wheel mounting, but it's a service performance) and just liked the original frame color more :) . Just make sure not to overtight (he suggested) and (me suggesting) rotate wheels often. The bolts will be fine even with IKEA tools.

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lisapet160 yep, rotating wheels often is a good advice, and I also give it myself, but I don't follow it most of the time.... Just because I'm laaazy...

    Thanks for the video! What is the difference between mf 500 and fit500?

    • @NikZvi
      @NikZvi  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You're welcome. Fit 500 has the soft boot. It's a recreational model that is not made for free skate. It will not hold the foot good, won't be responsive enough and won't be so reliable.
      I usually don't recommend to use softboots at all.

      Hi there! In fact I don't use Oxelos that much. They are not my main skates right now, but I didn't notice any significant change in the liners. Пока, на мой взгляд, они весьма хороши. Для своей цены разумеется. Колёса стираются довольно быстро, и подшипники не очень хорошо защищены от влаги (те же Wicked bearings явно меньше реагируют на дождливые поездки). Но это все можно заменить. В остальном, все хорошо.
