To get the "amiable character"-trophy you need to pick "confront" and "what rumours?" and then tell them about Mary in the flashback after the supermarket.
You actually don’t have to kill off Taylor and Daniel to get the odd couple trophy I saved them both just before you reach the ruined house and it popped for me
