      Sorry for the late reply. Its was around 700k gbp 2 years ago. I don't think it is on sale now

    A very nice property. I fear I am not in the position to buy something like this. Also I think it is a bit to large for me and my family. If I really would think about it, I would rent first to be sure it is the right fit for me. Definitely this is some villa with close to perfect look and feel.

      That's just what you do. You have the majority share with two lawyers on different sides of the country.

      Be well aware that as a foreigner, an alien, you CANNOT have a majority share as described above. A Thai company must have a 51% Thai ownership, so only being able to personally have 49% ownership in a Thai company in NO way means you can have a majority share!!
      There are 100,000’s of instances where foreigners have been scammed out of what they paid forby untrustworthy Thai people!!
      Be very aware!!

      I didnt see any, but there were tones of dragon flies above the swimming pool

    Plenty of living space, but no trace of luxury. The inventory is completely outdated, the rental price is much too high for what is offered. Get more luxury for much less money in Thailand.

      I think its owned by a European who has two other properties in South Africa and Europe. Dont think he wants to travel to asia any more
