Always did my maintenance. I changed my oil every 2k at most. Trans fluid every 5k is a must if you are pushing it to the limit.

@@IntegraTypeSPerformance okay and still never leaked from valve cover or pcv valve? Heard them leaking before with upgraded turbos early on. You had what, 55k miles on the motor before selling?
