I am a owner of accord CL9 myself…mate watching your videos made me realise how much I appreciate this piece of absolute brilliant machinery that it is…thank you for showcasing the Accord at its best mate….keep up the great work geeeez…
The first ever CL7 euro r I saw I fell in love with, made an offer and got it. Just an under the radar great car. I have driven it 60,000kms so far and only really fixed the consumable parts. In the long haul it's been a gem to own!
@@KiwiCarLife Although I prefer the K24A2 thats in the US Accord "TSX" version, paired with the ASP3 (Euro R trans). The oem magnesium units here are ok, but the gearing is a bit tame. I do like 6th gear. Its relaxed. But the magnesium casing is garbage. Warps from heat over time inside, causing issues.
Im not saying anything, but you can get more grunt out of the k20 with a turbo. I always go back and fourth between a car with big engine and the high rev, close ratio k20, so now I have 4 cars... and cant let go of any cause they all drive and feel differently.
@@KiwiCarLife Yeah I saw a video of yours that compared them. I was just curious to see how much the reflash actually changes the euro r compared to the normal euro. Like with your euro you did the roll race between the bmw 325i before and after the reflash. I just wanted to see how much it changes the bottom end pull on the euro r.
@@KiwiCarLife you think? For example your ex cl9 in this video sound very good, but it doesn't have that peculiar metalic and slightly trebly sound of the cl7... What mods are needle to achieve that sound?
When two universes combine, it's truly a beautiful sight seeing two of your Euro's together sitting next to each other man.
Yep!
Thats the real legend of Kiwi Car Life
Uhh
The original kiwicarlife car!
Always awesome to reconnect with an old baby you've owned and modified
Yessss
I would be proud to own Erl, tastefully modded drivers car, it really is a winner!
Mmm yes good car

Epic!
I had 2 US accords and it always surprises how similar they are to the euros
Yeah, because is the same car...
@@Esdru221 yeah they're similar, euro is definitely better in my experience

I have long awaited for this video.
Yesss
I was waiting for something like this 😁

2. CL9
3. CL9
4. Lexus IS250
5. Audio S4 b8
6. CL9
7. Lexus ISF
8. CL9 Supercharged
I love me a CL9
Very cool
How was the S4?
think its time for a pre-facelift build😉
Oh gew
I think if you didn't do youtube you would of never sold it, you love that car!
Nah tbh I probably would have... I'm always keen to try new things
The beast !!! Miss that silver fish
Yuuurs
I think the factory Euro-R gearknob with polish off the interior of the Blue one.
True, wanted to change it up with the Mugen shift knob tho
I miss Earl.
Good car
So good!!! 🙂 Which Euro is best Euro? Can’t go wrong!
Hard to know huh!

True although I’m sure with the right mods a k24 could make more again with a turbo. No replacement for displacement
Brand new factory CL7 Euro R gearknobs are something like 90dollars..
Yep
Would be interesting to see them in a roll race.
I did race Erl against a fairly standard euro r and they were dead even

now...start modding the euroR - get some tein flex Z, exhaust, headers :))
Ehh
You should do a review on a Mazdaspeed 3 (Mazda axela Mps)
Maybe, already done the mps6
What’s does the cl7r rpm sit on the freeway in 6th gear?
3400rpm
@@KiwiCarLife far out is that the same with an FN2?
Which is faster, since both has the tune
The k24 or euro r?
K24
do you miss the steering feel of the type S?
A bit yeah
Does the Euro S have a LSD? Or just the Euro R?
Just the euro r
cl7 has 20-30hp less than your ex cl9 on the low end. It would be hard for me to look past that.
Yeah although objective numbers don't always tell the full story
Euro r kit or Modulo?
Euro R
Botany junction??
Yep
I'm sure u miss her
Yeah do a bit
_Similar to hooking up with an old (hot)girlfriend….I’d imagine😉_
Uhh
If k24 just would sound like k20....
You can make it sound as good
