Thank you so much for sharing! After many hours of looking which app to use after watching your video I finally found one! Thank you again very helpful video 🙏🏼
Great video! Your explanation of the cost comparison between Calendly and TidyCal is really clear and helpful. My question is, are there any specific industries or businesses that you think would benefit the most from switching to TidyCal, considering its features and pricing structure?
Thank you for the video. Does tidycal allow for multiple sms and Email notifications? Also is there a mobile app available? I’m presently using 10to8 scheduling software.
Hi, let's say a one man show doing a service. Costumer booked a service that will be 4 hours long let's say the time is 10AM - 2PM will TidyCal be able to block this time slot then the next open slot will be available 2:30PM or 3:00PM? Thank you!
@@RandallAlbano TidyCal connect to your calendar and checks against blocked time slots on. Yes, it will work if your calendar time is set as available and nothing scheduled at the particular time.
Im trying to do a time slot schedule for my website so clients can book a service for a set amount of hours with out having to meet with them is it possible to do something like this for example i need them to pick the month then day and then choose the time slots needed?
I have a question. If someone has a hair saloon with 10 people working there. Each person will need a calendly account? what is the meaning of collective events? thank you
Hello, I' looking for a booking system for a cosmetic clinic, they offer 2 procedures that have multiple sessions, can i use this on multiple Wordpress sites, how will my client manage the booking.
@@Mr_Web I tried to make contact from the Ticycal site. The only hint at a contact is the blue bubble on the bottom right. Any attempt to ask for "human" or "customer service" or "representative" keeps me in a bot loop. And I don't see any other way to contact.
This product can't be used for more than one user. You need separate license for each other. I signed up thinking that you can add multiple users. I have opened the support ticket and googled it as well. If you have multiple users, please don't be fooled like I was.
When I did some research on this it looks like you would need to have a different meeting for the individuals and that you should be able to connect the appropriate zoom account to the appropriate individual. (I am looking at setting up multiple individuals who have their own zoom accounts)
@aomyyr1711 Hmmm…the title says CALENDLY ALTERNATIVE. He then walks you through on set up and features so you know what to expect. What’s an AD to you?
TidyCal is a one-off payment of $29. For that price you get all the premium features such as group and collective events, email reminders, no branding, CRM integration, Stripe, Paypal, etc... This would cost you either $10 or $16 PER MONTH, per seat with Calendly
TidyCal's main advantages over Google Calendar include: 1. Customizable booking pages for easy scheduling. 2. Payment integration with Stripe and PayPal for paid bookings. 3. Automated reminders to reduce no-shows. 4. Support for group and recurring bookings. 5. Syncing with multiple calendar platforms (Google, iCal, Microsoft). 6. Affordable one-time payment option for lifetime access.
@@Mr_Web $29 lifetime is seriously so cheap I really have my doubts if a company can pay their costs and make a profit on that. You might endup with a non working system after a while.

Not really, anyone switching would save money. So the more employees you have, the more beneficial it would be...

You probably only need one account, but every employee probably needs a valid email (Gmail, Microsoft account or apple email)

Can you do a video of TidyCal or Meeedly please? We are looking to move out of Calendly but seem to have no video on either of these.
