    I am unable to buy the toppings for it where I live but I'm gonna make the cabbage omelet

    • @ThoughtworthyCo
      @ThoughtworthyCo  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The cabbage omelette would taste great with good ol' ketchup/chilli as well. Give it a try and let us know how it goes! :)

    Really like the plates you guys are using, especially the black one. Where can I find one of those?

      We got that from a market in Bangkok! Unfortunately we don't have the name of the shop😔

    I tried making the lazy sushi rice today, but with apple cider vinegar instead because that was what I had on hand and it was really good!

    I liked this video although the views seem to be lower. Maybe a voiceover to the video helps? Now make me want to cook some Japanese food.

      Our food/recipe videos usually don't do that well numbers-wise (or get off to slow starts). But we know some of our viewers like watching them (and we enjoy making them), so we try to make one from time to time. Glad you enjoyed it! 💖

    Hey, awesome. What lense/camera do you use for such clean shots. How do you do the creamy flat look?

    What are the ingredients with the eggs ? Lettuce and flour ? What ids the name of that recipe ? It looks good.

      It is an inauthentic Okonomiyaki 😅 You can view the recipes here: thoughtworthy.co/fake-japanese-meals/ Have fun cooking!

    Need to emphasize drained tuna, any excess moisture will cause your sushi to fall apart, that includes sauce, too much sauce will seep into rice

    Raw spinach > cooked spinach

    i think lunch is kimbap, not sushi!

    • @ThoughtworthyCo
      @ThoughtworthyCo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      They have a lot of similarities! But it's probably more sushi than kimbap since the rice is seasoned with vinegar instead of sesame oil :)
