I really like the way you use the space efficiently. My best advice is to get a deep sink, which makes washing dishes much easier. Also, an induction cooktop is very convenient and efficient, and it heats the apartment less, making it easier to keep the air conditioning off, I love using portable induction cooktops, because it makes the small space I have more versatile. When preparing the mise en place, I have the entire countertop without a permanent cooktop taking space, making it feel like you have a larger kitchen. Especially if you are making something that doesn’t require you to be near it the whole time (like stock, which I like to make in the balcony to keep the smell out), it can be somewhere else while I can prepare many vegetables, mushrooms, and sometimes meats or fish. I have 2 cheap mobile induction cookers, and one commercial 3.5 Kw induction wok station I bought used from a restaurant (had to upgrade the electrical system for the commercial wok station).
I wouldn’t call myself a minimalist, especially in my kitchen where I have a lot of different tools and equipment, but I hope this comment will be useful for someone reading.

I love your kitchen. The only thing I might do differently is have mostly deep drawer units in place of cupboards where possible. I just redesigned our kitchen. I took out all the top wall units and replaced our bottom cupboards with as many drawers as I could. With three drawer units you get three deep drawers instead of five shallow ones and most appliances and pots etc still fit but you don't have to take things out of your cupboard to reach things at the back, everything is easily reached in a drawer. I no longer have to crawl around on the floor trying to get things out of the bottom back part of a cupboard :)

I really love your kitchen countertop, it’s so versatile. You put ur grocery haul on it, meal prep on it, and then it’s also your cozy dining table with Glo ❤️
OH yes, keeping the kitchen sink clean is definitely my pet peeve! 🤣 I get totally stressed up when it's piled with dishes.

I definitely also try to keep my pots and pans in exactly the same order all the time to easily access each size whenever needed. Ask yourself how many pots and whicj size do you really need for every day life? Get rid of the extras since you most likely always use the same pot anyway.
I like your kitchen, thumbs up!

Thank you for the video. My tip is only allow the number of dishes that you really need. For example we are two we only have 2 folks, 2 spoons for eat, two spoons for the ice cream, two juices jars, etc. that help so much. We hide all the dishes necessary for guests very far from us, to avoid temptation Haha 😂

When I cook, I clean the Dirty dishes and wipes down counters at the same time. It’s more like doing everything at the same time for me. So when I’m done cooking, I can clean it then put it away with everything else. Both up and down cabinets for cups/plates/silverware.

Did you design your kitchen yourself? I love the soft closer doors, and the “marble” step up for the fridge..
I also hoard glass jars, there are so many uses for them.. my issue is, is I use them as glasses and then loose the caps 🤷🏻‍♀️

So prescient- I stopped for a break to watch you from going though all of our kitchen ware and posting much of it for sale. We had bought so many dishes and glasses to invite friends, but had only two large parties and a few dinners in our tiny home. We no longer drink wine as I have a heart condition and my husband decided he would also not drink. Yet we have 3 dozen wine glasses. So we are eliminating those, as well as other glasses and dishware. Next I will look at our cookware and hope to cut down on those. Also. In addition to trying to sell some things, we donate many other household items and clothing to a local thrift store that does outreach.
