Claus committed suicide because he cause too much pain and came to the conclusion that he shouldn't live anymore, also porky had it pretty rough having only one friend and then that friendship fell apart and getting controlled by giygases influence even the ending he had it terrible where he got into the absolutely safe capsule and could not get out he got stuck there for all eternity.

Because he is half robot. Maybe he lost his eye in an accident and Porky changed it for a cibernetic one. Just like his arm or maybe a leg.
