- READ ME: I did zero research before making this video and after watching some analyses I have discovered some inaccuracies. 1) Don't Nod is not making the new Life is Strange: Double Exposure game. Don't Nod split from, publisher, Square Enix in 2021, so Deck Nine is making Double Exposure. However, Don't Nod are the creators of Lost Records: Bloom and Rage. 2) The more I learn about Warren the creepier he is. He isn't as genuine and pure of heart as I thought.

11:15 -- I get what you're saying -- Deck Nine says they will "respect both endings"; and my response is: Define "respect." If even in the "Bae" timeline Max and Chloe part ways, then saving Arcadia Bay immediately becomes the only "correct" ending to the first game, because then otherwise everyone in the town dies for completely nothing... As if letting the whole town die wasn't problematic already.

i agree, if the only rewarding path is to save the city, they better make respect as in, they're still together or that in Double Exposure she does something like in the HQ, and save both the city and chloe, while also helping Nathan, Victoria, Dana, Kate etc. And sending jefferson to prison. it would be tricky to do this in one single game, where you dont need to have played the first game? it seems so unlikely they're really gonna be able to pull a significant meaning to Save Chloe ending without going the HQ path.
Your sincere pasion for these games is so infectious! Would love to hear your thoughts on Double Exposure when it eventually comes out.

It's incredible how this game moves us, I don't know how to explain what I feel about this game, maybe it's love.
I'm looking forward to the launch of the new LIS, but at the same time I'm scared. I'm afraid that Deck Nine will ruin Max with this new story, for me she is the best character in the franchise. I hope Chloe is in the new LIS, I can't see them being separated

When you say you restarted the save after chloe shoots frank are we talking abt using max's rewind or literally restarting the save? Bc same thing happened to me and I just rewound until Frank was both alive and peaceful

Play LiS2 if you haven't, I think you'll notice that there's a big difference in creative/artistic intent between Don'tNod and Deck Nine, which is why I'm not super excited about Double Exposure

noo dont say that chloe is supossed to sacrificed that breaks my heart ;c in the original 8 chapters they were going to add a 3rd ending but scrapped it in chapter 5 due to making both endings less impactful
btw... Alyssa represents chloe, Chloe dies 3 times/is supossed to die 3 times before the storm itself, and Alyssa gets helped by max 3 times, and depending on your choice she either dies on the storm by thinking max is a bad omen in her life *not helping her leads to this* or where she finds that max is her angel *if you help her* leading her to survive the storm (and helping max to not get crushed to death)
