I have an odd suggestion for you since you like doing odd covers from time to time: the soundtrack for Hello Penguin 2 HD is genuinely quite good. penguin 1 and goodbye penguin themes are the best imo but any of them would be great.
I wonder if you'll do the special arena quest music from World and Iceborne that were actually the music of the final trailers of the respective titles (aka. Pride of a Nameless Hunter and Nay! The Honor is All Ours). Also since you've done AT Nergigante it's only logical that you also do AT Velkhana's theme too.
