An early interest towards spirituality lead to his practice of Yoga with initiation in 1996 to Transcendental Meditation, founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. He immerses himself in the study of diverse spiritual traditions with special emphasis on Indian Philosophy, Sufi and Zen. At the age of thirty six Igor had undergone a radical transformation of consciousness[7][8][9] which subsequently blossomed into spontaneous unfoldment of Grace.
He abandoned his art career and for the next five years he continued long hours of meditation, integrating expanded state of awareness throughout his daily activities. During that time he discovered the teachings of Swami Muktananda which led him to the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism. Its 'transcendental physicalism' appealed to his down to earth, creative sensibility, unique to that tradition's doctrine of Spanda (Sanskrit: "throb, vibration") which had been verified by direct experience, in perceiving the World as a Throb of Pure Consciousness in the Heart of his own. In fact, I had just queued one up when I decided to check your channel first to see what was new. Lo and behold, here's Igor again in a fresh interview, uploaded only yesterday! He has the ability to convey the profound in such a gentle, easy-going manner. The Love he conveys is palpable, even from the distance of electronic media. Hello, Lilou, you wonderful spirit. Your skin looks just beautiful in this video, as does the rest of you ... you are shining in a good way. Igor is very interesting and has the most beautiful and expressive hands. Being of Eastern European descent, I find it comforting to hear accents of my past in the present. I have been a seeker since I was about 15 years of age ... doing a lot of reading on all sorts of matters, i.e., Edgar Cayce, about out of body experiences, etc. I have often told those who are close to me that I do not want to believe in a God, I want to experience that which many call God. I sometimes call the Creator Zed. I have often thought of us as ones and the Creator as Zed. Ones are transient and Zed is eternal yet not separate. I bring that up because Igor stated my exact thoughts and words in this video: I do not want to believe in a God, I want to experience God.
Thank you for being a light in this world and finding all matter of individuals to hear and, perhaps, learn from.

I wondered... is it necessary to use this kind of hand-held microphone? Held up to their faces like this I feel it intrudes between yourself and the interviewee.
Finally somebody who is able to see the distinction between the limited perception or consciuosness ,as you want to call it ,in wich we can be in a certain moment,and the idea of the Ego olding back our evolution bla bla bla as if it's the bad guy within us .Come on let's call thinks with the right words , and move on.
