In this video, I demonstrate how to paint some Australian trees outdoors (painting en plein air). In November 2022 I visited Australia and I took my paints with me and I got the opportunity to do some plein air painting.
Throughout the video, I show you my process of creating a painting of some trees growing by a lake and I give you tips on colour mixing and painting outdoors in general.

I could sit and watch you paint for hours (but not in a stalkerish way!) 😂 Am so glad I signed up to your Patreon this year, learning so much, especially about colour mixing. 👋A kind hello from Germany, Sam. I really enjoyed your video and the explanations you gave. Painting outside in the warm sun is a beautiful experience in itself, but you painted one of the Australian eucalyptus trees on top of that, which are fantastic creations of nature and which I like very much.
