    Crawfish Étouffée
    Ingredients:
    Crawfish Tails
    Green Bell Pepper
    Celery
    Yellow Onion
    Green Onion
    Garlic
    Celery
    Unsalted Butter
    Flour
    Seafood Stock
    Tomato Paste
    Hot Sauce
    Liquid Shrimp and Crab Boil
    Creole Seasoning
    Cayenne Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Black Pepper
    Bay Leaves
    Directions:
    1. Dice 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 yellow onion, and 3 stalks of green onion.
    2. Mince 5 cloves of garlic.
    3. I’m a pot or Dutch oven melt 2 sticks of butter.
    4. Once butter melt at 1 cup of flour. Stirring constantly until the roux turns a caramel color.
    5. Lower the heat and add the trinity. Combine.
    6. Add minced garlic.
    7. Add 6 cups of seafood stock and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
    8. Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot sauce.
    9. Season to taste with creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
    10. Add 2 bay leaves.
    11. Add 1/2 cap of shrimp and crab boil.
    12. Simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
    13. Add crawfish tails and simmer for another 10 minutes.
    14. Enjoy.
