Also my favourite album of all time. - I never could land that later breakdown in The Patient though (at five min mark). Always frustrated my ability to play the whole record through on guitar, but enough time has passed and you make me feel like giving it another go...

I love it when I see one of my favorites comment on another one of my favorites videos! Max and Cameron, you guys are 2 of the 3 best Tool guitar TH-cam video channels on TH-cam in my opinion. Grew up with Tool and even got to see this album live. Revisiting it after years away listening to this album gives me goosebumps. These notations are fantastic...what an insane amount of work well done.

The 3a-5e-0e-5a-3e-0e-0e-0e lick is so great. Watched Adam do it live and he does it mostly legato. Picks the first note, fifth note, 7th and 8th. The rest is hammer ons and pull offs. Max thank you for your vids they are awesome!

Bestes Album überhaupt und dann noch dazu einer meiner Lieblingssongs :-o Hut ab! Super Sound, klasse gespielt und dazu noch der Aufwand mit den Tabs inkl. Temposchwankungen. Mich würde mal interessieren, wie lange du für ein Video brauchst :)
Danke man! Nice, dass es dir taugt. Also Tool Songs brauchen tatsächlich am längsten wegen dem synchronisieren. Ich nehm mir mindestens einen Tag für so ein Video Zeit. Wenn es ein Samstag ist wie heute, dann schreib ich in der früh das Tab zusammen, synchronisiere dann ein Metronom zum Song und nehme dann auf. Das schneiden ist dann nicht mehr so viel Aufwand wenn sonst alles reibungslos lief :D
