    This music is so beautiful it makes my eyes filled with grief after my dad had the best job here in the 1970s once the factory closed game over 😭

    My dad worked here in the 1970s said it was the best job he ever had in Southall

    Very good trucks and engines! In Poland many trucks used Leyland diesel engines as base!

    its not leylands engine, its an AEC tl12, i worked there when they were made, i was in chassis finishing when Bill Dawson and Dick Steer were there in charge,we were not allowed to put an AEC badge on the front grill

      Legend has it that the AEC engines have been the better engines. I'm German but I know the AEC and Gardner engines from French lorries like Willème and Bernard.
