    Love your travelling videos your so both so so tanned. I'm so glad your honest with how it's going. Your both definitely loving and living your best life. Goodness me that looked so cramped you have had some good overnight buses it's a shame that you didn't have a good experience. It must of been so bad as your both tall too. enjoy the rest of your travels. Xx

    Such an accurate vlog Molly! Really happy you ended up enjoying your experience of Angkor Wat. And it is an amazing tiem to see it as its so empty. We are so proud of it!💖 And great that you included the night bus its best avoided ... on top of being uncomfortable most road accidents happen at night time so its much better to take a day bus when travelling anywhere in Cambodia.

    Currently backpacking and considering adding a week or two on to see some of Cambodia, really appreciate the honesty. I've definitely come to appreciate comfort over a lot of other things, sharing an overnight bunk would not be for me either hahaha

      The day bus to Siem reap from Phnom Penh is actually really nice and you have opportunities to stop at services and experience the Cambodian culture. I always booked through book me bus and tried to stick with Virak Buntham

    Recommend for Transit bus in Cambodia, especially the trips to Siem Reap as Sihanouk ville and Modulkiri
    1) AbiT Giant
    2) Virekbuntham Bus
    3) Larita VIP Bus

    I was just there 2 weeks ago. We couldn't find any way to get from Bangkok to Siem Reap and I was determined to see Ankor Wat. We had two flights scheduled and both canceled. We finally ended up hiring private drivers to get us there. I feel your pain of being frustrated, but it was sooo worth it! We loved it there!

    I recommend night bus “ mey hong express “ “cambo link “
    Or day bus “ Larryta express” from phnom to siem reap only 4hours
    Larryta is my first choice if I’m traveling for day time

    Sooo excited for Thailand Cambodia and Vietnam, only 5 weeks until I go now! Can I ask about what you are doing in terms of travel adaptor plugs? Do you have universal ones or did you get them specific to countries? Just looking now and these countries use type A, B, C, G and F! 🤣

      I’ve been to those three countries these past four months and only had one adapter, a US one and it’s worked everywhere x

    hi i’m going to cambodia soon, any advice on what clothes to bring? i wasn’t sure if i have to cover up but then i saw you and other backpackers in vest tops, is that common amongst locals aswell?

    • @MollyThompsonx_
      @MollyThompsonx_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! sorry for the slow reply, yes i'd say this was a fairly normal dress for everyone including locals, especially during the months we were there as it was EXCEPTIONALLY humid and hot, so anything light and airy, but if you're heading to Ankor Watt or any other temples you do need to cover up a little more:) x
