Newer Accords need so much modifications to sound loud and smooth. Need a bigger air intake, a Vr6 down pipe, a borla or flowmaster muffler, a hondata tune, engine swap to a K-2. That’s about it
the sound didn't change much because you still have the cat on. i would recommend keeping it on tho i think it sounds good as is. without it might be too loud.
That car doesn't need to be any louder than that..... Owner, you should just make it look alittle more personal to you and that's it..... Save your money and buy some older turbo car if speed/noise is the focus.
these new turbo accord have a diverter system. if you put a aftermarket BOV on it without tunning for it the MAF sensor will go crazy. the best thing for the whistle is a cold air intake it really bring out the diverter “pshhhhhh”
If you want turbo whistle on a turbo as small as this, you need to get a catless downpipe. An intake is simply just going to increase the vacuum sucking noise. The turbo is much too small for the turbine whistle to be heard over the induction sound. The catless dp will get you the turbo whistle at low rpms, though it'll still be quiet because of how small the turbo actually is.
@@LayneSteighlee a small turbo isn't going to create turbo whistle through the compressor side of a turbo with an intake on it. You gotta get a catless DP to hear any kind of whistle on a small turbo. I promise you this.
