I greatly admire Kamala; she performed exceptionally well in her role. No one could have done better, especially when facing an unqualified criminal opponent who has displayed dishonest behavior with deception and must be held accountable for his actions which I could never respect. The conduct of Trump, X, Elon, Fox News, Starlink, and the GOP is shameless and unacceptable for someone seeking the presidency. Kamala connects with all people, especially the younger generation, and has earned their support. It’s disheartening to see so many turn their backs on her. Enjoyed analysis by Yanis.
EU would be more united because of Trump
Most of America... is a desolate country. That truth really hits hard.
It doesn't hit hard. It's a gift, a resource, a massive advantage. Room to grow, easier to extract resources, lots of area to recreate. A non-dense continent is such a blessing.
And now that's it's a fascist country it's gonna get worse

The Supreme Court refused to disturb the rulings of lower federal court judges that Meadows' conduct and crimes to help Trump try to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia were not part of Meadows' official duties as Chief of Staff to Trump.
The 12 million more Biden votes than Harris proves the ballot stuffing of 2020.
All the malicious prosecutors will be prosecuted.
Jack Smith is top of the list for that.
Workers in France have had generous protections, yet that didn't prevent the rise of the far right there. It is more accurate to argue that mainstream political parties in much of the West have experienced declines.
Why is this so? I think we can blame billionaires and big companies who have captured politicians and got laws and tax rates changed to suit them. If things keep going the way they are then most people will be living paycheck to paycheck with almost no possibility of gaining wealth. Salaries will drop to substance levels and people will be convinced that this is good.
@@davidbrisbane7206 The reason is simple: living standards, meaning mostly wages, when adjusted for inflation, have not been increasing throughout the developed world and even many parts of the advanced developing world.

But even in France the trend has been decline, also the levels of immigration in France have been so utterly massive that that factor alone overrides the antifa effect of social democracy.

Yeah. Having seen how badly the UK fscked up, I don't see many others taking that route. Having seen what a clown Trump is, doubly so.
I am Cornelis de Bilde, 78 years young, a former Dutchman, and an Australian citizen for the past 57 years. From a young age, my father taught me that without the liberation by the USA in 1945, I might not have been here today. He always emphasized the importance of showing respect to America. Kamala understands that the leaders of the most powerful country in the world must present themselves confidently and competently on the global stage. Trump has become a global joke! We shouldn’t undermine the capabilities of Kamala, who has an unparalleled intellect. It’s time to recognize her as the true leader; we must move on from Trump now, who has continually sought to diminish her. America's future should focus on ending the turmoil Trump has caused over the past decade!

Not really, when you look at the vote. What, a 33% tally and 10 point margin for Labour? Their system creates a lot of seats, no denying, though, for a 33% tally. But here we are a few months later and the Tories are leading by 2 points again. Which makes me sad actually, we need an alternative to the Tories' managed decline philosophy.
when was that ?
It wont happen. The rest of Europe can see just how totally pointless Brexit has been for the UK.
Exactly right.
Lets have a plan and avoid labels.
So many insights, Thank you Yanis.
Brexit spreading across the EU would mean countries could be countries again and not just economic zones.
The door is open for Hungary.

Class analysis of the kind that Varoufakis is doing is the clearest lens through which to interpret politics today. Ignore shortsighted fossils telling you that the fight is left vs right. The fight is the 99% of us who are poor, vs. the 1% of us who are uber-wealthy. We need the messaging of Bernie Sanders now more than ever, no matter who makes it.
Look if Trump wants to initiate a Brexit from Northern Ireland, I'm all for it. Can Brexit from the EU, can Brexit from the Solar System, but fu.ckin sure can't Brexit from Ireland.
So, just anybody gets to speak on this channel? Exactly how does a Harris policy represent communism when an extension of Biden policies would support Ukrainian democracy?
“Support ukrainian democracy” lol biden’s policies have ensured that there has been no election in ukraine

The EU has transformed Eastern Europe. Czech Republic richer than Portugal now.
Many people including myself would love to vote to rejoin the eu again, we got nothing out of brexit and I voted out too 😩
It's not leaving that was the issue, it is the complete failure of the people to elect leaders in government whose heads are not up their backsides that are causing the issues since leaving. The blind leading the deaf and dumb.
Hungary yes, if that is the plan, it is having the opposite effect. Keir Starmer, the UK Prime Minister is getting closer to Europe, and has ramped up since, Donald Trump won the presidency. Holiday makers cancelling USA holidays, increases every day, something wacky is reported, and there is a lot of wacky.

He WON'T. He wouldn't DARE to.

It wasn't just economics that prompted Americans to vote for Trump - and it wasn't just the 'working class' either.
Let’s hope he can convince Hungary to leave.
Fantastic!
I totally agree with Yanis! The Left needs to SAY what they really mean, otherwise it only allows for the Right to pick out limited extreme cultural positions to frighten everyone. Instead we might find out we all basically want the same. It used to be socially shocking to talk about universal healthcare & education in America, but the more we said it, the more acceptable it became as even a "thing". So I agree. Yanis could you pls give us the top talking points you feel will be most effective in moving the Left forward? Thanks 🤍
He is right!
Brexit has been such a success hasn’t it? The only reason Trump wants that is to weaken Europe as Varoufakis says.
You can't obviously divide people. You can only do it covertly or accidentally. But they can't know it is your agenda.
That's right. It's what NATO is really for, long past its remit, to make sure Europe never unites with Russian resources.
I bet the USA military industry will not be amused by Trump’s isolationist policy.
Not isolationist, but non-intervention.

How so? They will force their conventional junk on Europe anyway. They are only speaking about percentages, not strategies. Business as usual.
Yes, and the Brits are starting to talk about debrexiting.
This is what Trump thinks of Europe:
1. Members of NATO need to step up their contributions to what their contributions should be
2. Europe should never be dependent on Russia for energy
3. Eliminate trade barriers between the USA and EU and UK, but any barriers to US trade will be met with equivalent tariffs
4. Intermediate range nuclear missiles should be placed in Europe pointed at Russia
1. Members will indeed step ut their contributions, but if the us pull out, it won't have any money for that, goodby nato bribes !
2. Yep, but should never be dependent period. I don't think he want an Europe independent from the USA ^^
3 . Not happening, especially because he will fire the first shot in the economic war.
4. He can already do that with Alaska right ?
The EU has not benefitted all of its members.
Brexit hasn't exactly worked out for Britain, has it. It makes a poor case for the dissolution of the Union in part or as a whole.

Yeah, I watch this stuff for a laugh and to see just how much Leftist BS they are being fed about Trump and the US.
He routinely ranks as the most popular senator. Rightly or wrongly, many voted Trump on his economic policy, as a protest vote against high prices etc. Trump has of course no interest in helping working people, but many Trump voters do have ears for Bernie who has always been an authentic voice for working people.
That unfortunately, is due to the U.S. mass media, which usually pretends he doesn't exist and leaves him out of major debates. They're scared of him and anyone like him.
Bernie was sidetracked by the DNC in two primaries.
He's very popular among the american people.
He's unpopular in the DNC which should tell you all you need about the loss of Kamala Harris.
The Democratic Party is out of touch with american voters and has been for a long time.
USA and China are countries - EU is a trading/political block of independent countries; with this structure, Europe cannot compete with the other two powers. Either EU transforms into "United States of Europe" or it dissolves and every country choses their affiliation, being subservient to the Americans or to the Chinese.

Good luck with that in France, the abysmal living conditions in the UK since Brexit even make it into small regional papers like La Nouvelle Republique. They know what they'd be getting.
