I haven't seen all of Max Heart, but it must've been really embarrassing for Uraganos to get his ass kicked by a BABY. I know Chiffon is basically Pretty Cure Jesus, but still... 😂
It's true the Heartcatch team didn't do much in this movie BUT it's better than what the Yes 5 girls did in the Healing good movie. They showed up, fight a bit then got captured. That's it! Here, Nozomi and Erika at least tried to protect Mipple and Mepple. It was cute plus the two friends never give up and found their fairies at the end 🥰This is more entertaining and fun than being stuck in giant tubes then fight during fives minutes.
Definitely the weakest of the 3 DX movies, though I think at least the DX movies are better than the New Stage movies for what they are worth. Another problem I have with DX2, is the Precure powered down after the Rainbow Jewel has been devoured by Bottom. I mean seriously!? That one jewel is somehow the power source of all the Precure's powers, I thought each Precure team came from different power source from different dimensions, and also most of the Precure aren't power by hope, but rather the will to stand up against the odds. And that is what Precure is all about, until... Happiness Charge and maybe Kirakira screws that concept entirely.
I think New Stage 1 is pretty good, and even better/more enjoyable than DX 2 at least, I have to admit that DX1 and DX3 are indeed the pinnacle of all crossovers, but I do enjoyed all of them to a certain extension, be it character interactions or pure action, seeing older characters in new scenes is never truly bad.
Bottom reminds me of the fact that some of the Precure main villains (especially the Dark King in Futari Wa and it's sequel Max Heart) don't really have a lot of depth to them, they are just villains for villains sake. DX2 i generally enjoy but it doesn't live up to it's predecessor, especially how Heartcatch team is taking majority of the screen time and the other teams have less.

HAHAHAHAA They are gonna be met with prejudice, Fear, Hatred and Curiosity for being different and suspicion of one Day if Selling the Fairies off as Slaves Back-Fires and will Take over the world along with enslaving Humanity Like in the Planet of the Apes and Pretty Cure will be the ones to Lead there Revolution!

This movie is another banger 🔥 sequel to the first. However this is first attempted all Precure Group Pose of Futari Wa Precure Max Heart, Star Splash, Yes Precure 5 GoGo, Fresh and recent Heartcatch to make 3D Animated scene (but I preferred traditional anime must watch than 20 minutes if you spot something) and some stunt and battle scenes. And the power of God between Bottom the main villian of the sequel.
I really love this movie. It's much better than the version of New Stage. When these first 3 crossover films were produced, the atmosphere was electric, and the music, the scenes and the joint final attack of the Precures at the end made these films even more epic. But then... with New Stage, everything has changed. Completely. Toei created some characters that were forgotten for the rest of the franchise, (like Cure Echo) some Precures from the previous series didn't have time to talk, the music became terrible and hard to hear in the background (like New Stage 3) and only the Precures of the current series had the privilege of using their final attack. Not even the enemy had been created so well... The situation has completely collapsed with the films "Haru no Carnival" and "Minna de Utau! Kiseki no Maho", which in addition to sounding like musicals instead of a classic anime film, were (unfortunately) the last films of the All Stars saga. Now they've created the movie Super Stars!, which is really epic despite some missing Precures! But it's not like one time anymore...
Man this one is frustrating! On one hand this movie has so much fan service and fun in every minute from returning villians, to returning and background characters even some getting cute cameos, Bumbee being the best of them, and just an overall sense of fun with the amusement park setting and yet the movie so weak in so many ways. The heart catch girls I didn’t think were terrible in this movie but they had to much attention and just felt like complete weaklings. Yes I get it that in the show Tsubomi and even Erika are joked about as the weakest but as a very talented review once said “the worse thing a team up can do is highlight one team above another” and this did that. Now this is as bad a certain power Rangers season in that regard but still it sucked seeing them this way. The villain is dumb and stupid both in name like seriously who names a villian bottom and in effectiveness needing other villians to help him. It makes it worse that most of these generals are so much better than him and would make way better villians for a All Star movie. Also the CGI in the ending is one of the worse usages of it I’ve ever scene beat only by Ojamajo Doremi movie 2 like it looks so bad. However aside from fan service I will say this movie did a great job with the fairies. A scene you didn’t mention that I liked was Mepple from Max Heart giving a very good speech to the heart catch girls about courage and how the other cures wouldn’t give up and hearing it come from a guy who in season 1 I’d love to see get stepped on was a treat showing how much he had grown. Also the fairy subplot was nice to give them something to do through the movie and I’d probably my second favorite part. I even love the scene with the girls all powers down in the plaza before the big take over happens. It’s cute has great bits like a Nozomi and Saki agreeing on the map, Rin and Mai signing at their partners and even an adorable scene with Miki pulling on Loves check. It’s my favorite part of the movie and I wish it did more of this. All in all it’s way more inferior than its predecessor and even the movie both the previous year and that year but it’s still a fun popcorn turn off you’re brain movie with good fan service to it. Although hopefully DX 3 will end this trilogy on a good note..hopefully, anyway great review man I love you’re passion here a lot even if it was negative you’re always a great person to listen to about anime!
I admit that all the times Erika and Tsubomi get rescued by other Precure Teams was a bit annoying and repetitive but hey it isn't Ayumi/Cure Echo! Not only this character was selfish and has no charm or empathy but she didn't deserve to become a Precure; as much as Milk and Pekorin. Also, she wasn't develop well which didn't make me care about her objectives and personality. I would re-watch Blossom and Marine being saved anytime, it's a bit more enjoyable and there's good action :D

I have a feeling this movie is the reason the fairies in HeartCatch believes that Blossom is the "weakest" Pretty Cure.
