Hey guys! Welcome back for another Schlee MRE review! Today's menu is S-R-9, a Polish individual ration featuring raspberry jam, forest fruit tea, canned ham, and more! This was my first international ration and a great way to introduce my tastebuds to other cultures!

Matt is such a a great dude!!! Polish rations are so good! Any of the European rations are excellent! This one looked delicious! Especially the pasta. And those coffee candies are 🔥 But only if you like coffee 😂 Excellent review Schlee!!

Second half of 2023 its pretty fresh. I yesterday watched MRE review that was 5 years after date.
Don't rely too much on Russian to interpret Polish. Apart from the fact that the two languages have completely different alphabets, even words can be misleading because we have a lot of identical-sounding words that mean different things.
Forest fruits usualy mean raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
„Vienna sausages”. Well, Tyrol is an Austrian province. :P 11:37

I just eat everything as is, no FRH or anything.
My best friend was a grunt and he said they used the FRH’s to stay warm out on the field.
Your videos are top tier and soothing after a stressful day.

I just actually had the panzer waffles for the first time and I was surprised that I liked it I haven’t tried the Polish rations yet I have a couple of them I enjoyed the review and congratulations on having your first international ration hopefully you’ll get to try others I think you’ll enjoy the French rations

@@decarlosperry5111 started on my own yesterday when I got home from surgery. First appointment tomorrow and then 3 days a week. The knee seems easier than my shoulder so far

@@jermsMRE I stayed in the hospital for about a week then went to a rehab facility that was part of the hospital
8:10 cause its just 1 meal ration and soldiers have always canteens with water. Also most of the time soldiers eat at the place with meals prepared in field kitchen or in barracks and any liquid or water its the least of concerns.
That FRH was extremely dedicated to its job.
That looked like beefaroni and potted meat. Both of which I love.
who knew that you and Polish people had such similar tastes!

If you don't like coffee then for sure you don't like those candies, but if you like coffee you will adore this candy.

I discovered your channel today. I like your reviewing style. This main meal is really simple but quite tasty in my opinion. From the single meal SRs my favorite is the hungarian goulash and bigos, however.

in case of Polish MRE compared to USA, every video that i saw everyone said that USA mre is tastier.. you have NASA you got experience in this kind of food
Poor girl, spaghetti is the worst thing you could ever taste of all Polish MREs
Fun fact about these: The candies are made by a company called "Roshen" - Which was created and owned by former Ukrainian President Petro Pe"ROSHEN"ko (Which is why he was nicknamed the Chocolate King)

Lol, no. Where did you get that from? Both candies are produced by 2 Polish companies - Wolność (dicki) and Roksana (kofik).
You came across a randomly sent version, and there are at least a dozen of them - sometimes much more advanced
