Like when someone wealthy complains abt their struggles versus the struggles someone in the street complains, its all pain but it puts one pain into a deeper perspective than the other and possibly realize that maybe youre suffering is just. We all go through things in life, some worse or not as bad as others. But just because someone may experience something far worse than another person that doesn't make what that other person is going through less valid. However, I don’t want to minimize Meghan Markle’s experience. She does indeed live in a free Western society. But she along with the rest of the royal family are constantly being watched and scrutinized by the press and talked about by the public. That is an immense amount of pressure for anyone even if they are living a luxurious life. Wow, an anti-Bernie Sanders TH-camr!
To eat meat is to "eat the evidence of the death of an animal", NOT to eat an animal. Imagine if your spouse acted as if he or she married a coffee plant just because you drank a cup this morning. I have that "Did you know that I want to forget you, even though you're alive" attitude, & you can be my south Korean photographer while I replace you. Also do you want to start selling cartons of sparkling water with me? I'm a historical revisionist because I'm calling the brand "IS ELVIS FAMILIAR?"
To summarize it: Bernie is plainly asking all of the citizens of the USA to buy guns so the people running their medical industry will flinch before getting assertive with them. He's not even talking about meeting the decision-makers personally, befriending them, and then reaching an agreement which makes us all happy. He's saying that he's trying to biologically test their power to watch if they can make us tremble when we're the most vulnerable. He doesn't understand that a government is merely a conglomerate of workers' unions which have set a value to the national currency. The power didn't just evaporate off of us and accumulate "at the top". The people at the top don't want to think about you 24/7. You thought they were South Korean photographers the whole time huh?
Besides, Bernie is trying to create a monopoly on using fascism-as-a-way-for-startup-intelligence-agencies-to-have-observations-which-are-currently-being-made. The way he does this is by creating a type of "history of phantoms" which narrates New Data Fields As They Are Being Made rather than actual observations. He's anti-science, anti-Communist, anti-right, anti-left, but I guess you could call him a proponent of religion (in practice, rather than in theory {as if any testimony of his is worth our attention span at all}). honestly, don't call these people leftists, liberals, etc. Just call them slaves and try to get them to pick the wrong fight with China. You're still stuck in your colosseum mentality/historical narration from when we terrorized you in there, and you haven't until now been fit to think about these things [but the truth is that war is not a colosseum play].

@@katinthehat121 there is probably some truth to that. And I really do appreciate her information and perspective. But it’s something she needs to become more aware of or she risks alienating the people she asking to help her fight to change things.

The comment I was looking for. The information in this video is incredibly insightful, but it would have been so much more powerful if Meghan wasn’t dragged into this. It felt so unnecessary to me that I nearly stopped watching.

Idk why you brought up Megan, she never once stated that she was being oppressed. She said that she was treated like shit from the family and media

I think you are too harsh on your criticism of Meaghan Markle. It's completely unfair to make comparisons on the degree of difficulty that people are undergoing.

Wow, it’s hard to fathom what living under that kind oppression is like. Thank you for sharing those truths with us. Listening to your personal past and hearing about other North Koreans lives makes me so grateful for the life I️ have.
However, as many people have mentioned, comparing Megan Markle to First Lady Ri Sol Ju is like comparing apples to oranges. While one may be objectively worse, it does not invalidate another person’s suffering. All suffering is suffering and needs to be validated and understood . It’s part of our humanity.
It may be hard to understand when you’ve experienced and seen the worst evils and oppression, but our humanity feels pain the same and everyone’s pain is valid.

Whilst any of the terms the first lady had to adhere to were absolutely dreadful and terrible for her, especially as it was forced upon her, probably the worst thing is having to wake up next to.... THAT!!

Just because someone elses pain is way greater than meghan markles doesnt mean that you diminish the pain that she is feeling to nothing we are all on our own path lets not compare pain

Yeonmi, I love your Korean people and their wonderful culture. I admire them for being so strong and tenacious in the face of so much adversity and hardship. I love watching historical based dramas from Korea. The scenery, the land, it’s all so panoramic and exquisite. Your people’s history is so rich. I pray that the people of Korea, North and South come together in Love and unity someday soon. Thank you for sharing your heartfelt stories 😎👍

At the same time I would like to ask you how do you know all this info on NK having on mind that you are not living there for many many years and NK is not country opened to the world, even people in NK do not have medias to know all that thing. Thank you

I really enjoy your videos and am a big fan of your channel. With that said, I really wish you wouldn't go into the Harry/Meagan debacle. You have some much to offer your videos and don't need to include any of that. I'm not on either side, but it's just talked about so much that it's a breath of fresh air to enjoy a video without that coming up. Best wishes.
