I really like this game as well. I always get Juiced 2 vibes when I customize cars in Forza Horizon 5 (like using the Juiced 2 logo, the vinyls from this game, the decals from Juiced 2, AND the cars that are in both THIS game AND Forza Horizon 5).
I remember that one i asked my dad to help me win a hyundai tiburón. He almost won the race but he tought a checkpoint that was like 200mts from the finish line was it and made a sick 360, moments later the hyundai passed and won the race (i lost a precius c3 corvette that i loved) Pd: all of this happened like 7 years ago ;-;
This game is so underrated…I mean don’t get me wrong, racing games like Need for Speed, Forza and Gran Turismo are awesome, but Juiced was pretty damn solid too. The customization features, the long story and the soundtracks were amazing!
It had a couple good ideas that I really wish was more common. Customization was top-notch, easy to use and had a high degree of freedom and variety both outside and inside the car. I have never seen it done to this degree until very recently. Uniquely, wraps could also be saved and applied to cars other than the one it was made for, which saved time for those into a singular aesthetic. The Driver DNA system as they called it isn't new, but afaik it was the first time we were allowed to look into an A.I. opponent's individual personality directly in a way more complicated than a single line of text or a nickname. We knew in 1997 that Ace is the fastest and Bully likes to nudge and block you, but in 2011 how was I supposed to know M. Rossi enjoys pitting me into sand traps?
Despite its less refined parts this was still a really fun game and still holds up today. Should've turned the music up for the video though. The tiny looping soundtrack was part of the eye rolling experience haha.
going to be playing this for the first time ordered it off ebay as ive got a 360 i was always a playstation head im 38 this year and ive stopped alcohol feel im getting a missing part of time back by getting these racing games gathered up.

@@RacingGameArchiveDon't. It's watered down bad and it's removed all of 360s complete look, no dynamic weather, no cutscenes during races, and it's very bland at the graphics side

Juiced 2 can be literally sped through in a whole day if you're a really skilled racer and drifter.

You just gotta get used to it. Use the right cars that's compatible with Drifting. It's not like most to where it's easy. It requires skill
