When you were in Wheatland, that small area you were in is called The Pocket Park. In 1987, there was a shop there called Dower's Flowers that burnt down, and that burnt out spot sat vacant for several years before it was developed into that little park.
Great video! I was born and raised in Wheatland and spent at of time at Guernsey State Park. When you were headed up Palmer Canyon Road (just after the cattle at the cattle guard), that was Luman Creek, not the Laramie River.
