I loved the direction you are taking. The navigation looks better than the original version, (with the connected maps and the camera following the player) without losing the feeling. Be careful to not change it too much, listen to the community and specially give yourself a pat on the back for doing this.
I hope your project gets more visibility and you have resources e help to keep going.
DW1 had this amazing feeling of exploring the unknown, everything was a surprise. What lies ahead of this map, which digimon im going to get, maybe i found another digimon to recruit next map. Everything was thrilling and the novelty never fades, because you are discovering things all the time.
If you keep this feeling, of discovering new things each new step, its going to be great.

Yes, you're right, in the last update the green gym seems to be laggy. in the next update i'll correct that
