- As we know family is an important part of human life. Hence, one thing to consider before choosing any country is their laws and policies on the family reunification process.
If, when and how you can migrate with your family to your desired country. Can they work? Can they enjoy the benefits of being residents there? Etc
In this video, I try to share the Czech Republic’s process on bringing your family while living there.
I also forgot to mention that your spouse can work on the family reunification long term visa. However, it should be noted that the long term visa for family reunification is different from the long term resident permit for family reunification.

If you’re switching and your company is pushing that, probably. But on a normal pay job it’s your student card you use or visa, you get.

Check the video on legalization and nostrification. It’s not done at the embassy in Nigeria. I think the Ghana embassy has translation service

I’ll have to watch again. If it’s courses in Czech language it’s free, but 20€ I can’t say if I know any school but I’ll confirm again

Yes, in Czechia most bank only give account balance and not account statements. Otherwise, it shows you logged a huge amount in. If your bank gives balance only you’re good.

Your spouse can work. I don’t know about non-Czech children. For PR there is a process for that and number of years you ought to have stayed in Czechia

You can’t travel immediately with your child unfortunately

Hi, what if the Spouse who wants to call his partner to Czech is already a citizen. What docs are required
Same documents as you would provide. Marriage certificate, accommodation, his income must match and bank statement etc…

Usually how many months to approved family reunification visa for long term residence permit?
270 or 180 days depending on the type of visa the main resident who is in Czechia has.
Is it the dependent that would apply or the person already in Czech Republic?

I think you have to check the study department or school. Some offer some sort of scholarship when you enrol as a student there but I don’t know any particularly

Please can I travel via study route with pregnancy
There are no rules regarding pregnancy and traveling as a student or at least none that I know about. I think it’s a personal preference if the pregnancy will not affect your ability to focus on your studies and maybe it’ll matter to the consular but I do not have any knowledge about that specifically
