Well yesn‘t. Technical dps is approximately 1,6 times higher than moonlight dps but only depending on the weapon stats. If you consider the crit rate bonus you’ll get by increasing the luc stat and also take the weight of each weapon into consideration (moonlight weights less + requires less str so you can go for higher luc and gain extra crit rate) then moonlight should be on par with a technical + moonlight has a higher range so technical is basically useless if you‘re not standing instantly in front of the enemies which means that moonlight should still be better.
How in the wide world of sports do you get that sword spin thing to work twice in a row? Mine only works once then needs to recharge for a few seconds.

if you have better level skill you can use one skill on different level and recharge is separate for every level skill
Gonna have to re-grind this weapon again, messed up on the chips🤦🏼♂️
