Why do they wait till after they have died? They should have been brought to court to be challenged on this. What I hope is this is about justice, and not a cash grab now the person has died, and cannot defend themselves.
They also can't persecute and silence accusers if they are dead. Accusations had been made prior to his death and led to nothing. There is no shortage of coverups for rich and powerful men.
