AFAIK any cruise you go on, you have to set up Kosher options beforehand, you can't simply show up for the cruise and get Kosher meals. Though,, as Danny did on the last cruise, you can ask in the dining room if they have anything extra Kosher they can give you, but then you are relying on people not eating the meals they set up etc.

Since they have a regular and gluten free version of the dish you got, perhaps the noodles are short on the gluten free version so the waitstaff can tell the difference at a glance.
The steak wasn't rubber, you could see it was fairly tender and moist still. Just because it stretched a bit when Danny cut it/etc. doesn't make it rubbery. Plus, as I said in other comments now, steak (meat in general) is muscle fiber basically which is made to stretch. So, a steak that stretches a bit isn't unheard of, it depends on the cut of the meat and how well done it is.

Gluten is only in some grains and that's it. Meat doesn't have the protein so I'm not sure why that steak was in the gluten free meal section - even the vegetables don't have gluten. The only things in that meal that had gluten were the pasta and the cake. Which is why the pasta and cake both "fell apart" easily since they weren't made with gluten.
Danny I have to give it to you eating gluten free for us one for the team but I have to say the steak look like a cooking a toaster oven😊😊 it's have to be April Fools

Don't forget when you eat steak etc. you are just eating muscle fiber basically which is literally made to stretch as it is. Since that steak was medium and thin, you could get away with seeing some stretching obviously. If it was a denser steak or more well done, yeah not going to get any stretching out of that lol

There’s no gluten in beef. Gluten is only in wheat derived food products
