WOW! Found this one.💝 Lucky me. Allah-Las so talented with such good stage presence that they could play kazoos, twang rubber bands stretched from their wrists, use cardboard box percussion, blow bubbles in H2O (or beer), etc.,-- and good music would result. I'd buy the cd/dvd! Thanks for sharing. FINAL EDIT/ 8/15/20: This is such a good set that it negates any sound/tuning issues which (to me) create an "anything goes" concert vibe. That's no studio they're in but they're pros--the show must go on.
That's the Best band of 2015 & forever.... it's very psychedelic ! It's very absolutely rare nowadays !! I wish I could attend one of their concert !! PEACE :D
Nice to see a good live performance here on TH-cam. Listening to this performance makes me wonder how bad the sound engineerers in the background have worked on previuos live sessions, basiclly, they havent heard what there playing before. Or maybe they just got more experience. This is a great experience to listen too.
Carl Eriksson watched them at a gig recently and spoke with Matt afterwards, they were supposed to do a gig prior in a record shop but missed it so they could make sure the soundcheck was spot on, I reckon these guys would have worked very closely with the engineer, they sounded like the record at the gig
@@markelkqc what are you favourite songs of theirs? My favourite is Busman's Holiday and I also love the whole first album. From the second album I love Every Girl and Follow You Down.
Whoever did their audio deserves a damn raise, I hear so many live bands and nobody comes close to how good this sounds!!! Great job!
whoever mixed this is fucking genius.
Jason Edenilson you can tell they're huge on their instrument tones and sound and production
Nick waterhouse produce their 1st and 2nd albums that's why it's so good
@@markelkqc so the mix of this live performance sounds good because Nick Waterhouse produced their first two albums?
Cool
These guys are so good. They make it look easy. Excellent album. The mix is great, the engineers really knew what they were doing.
I 100 per cent agree with everything you said.
Best band 60s 70s and in 2020
The sounds that emanate from Pedrum's guitar.. Also I forgot that it's Matt on vocals for long journey! Every song is brilliant in this set.
3:29 "5 MORE!" ahaha what a beauty.
They sound a bit like 13th floor elevators, they're great
I love that guy's drumming. Just on it.

Such a fab' band.. 'Peace & love,' hear being heard around and reminiscent of the 'sixties sight 'n sound.'

Well done gents! nice style
hats off!
Pedrum is out of tune for no voodoo but every other song is perfect
I hope to see the Allah Las in a similar situation where the venue keeps telling them to keep playing. "Is it ok if we play one more? "Play FIVE!"
That crowd is rockin
Hah! I Perhaps the venue was Austin the School for the Deaf.
Very nice set.

You still can! I saw them in 2022.

Me!! Seen them in Carborro, NC @ Cat’s Cradle. Lots of great bands play there in a small venue.

Those lucky Mofos who got to see this live most likely had no idea what they were listening to or watching to
Just tune the damn guitars..
