Taking Cooking food back to basics.
Ingredients
Store bought puff pastry
600g stewing beef/ chuck roll cubed
2 beef stock cubes about 900 ml
1 tsp dried thyme
butter / oil
1 onion fine cubed
1 tbsp tomato paste/puree
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste - I did not use any the stock cubes are salty
Cornstarch slurry to thicken (optional)
Egg wash
Cook about 1 ½ hours
oven to 360°F (180°C) - 20 mins cook
Air fryer 350°F (175°C) - 20 mins cook

Hi Rik, I have the Nija Foodie, and pressure cook my meat for around 5 to 10 minutes, rather than cooking it for2 hours. Cut your liquid down as well, and use a thickener when finished.

I'm not familiar with the "famous steak bake" you mention but these look fabulous! Could make these with poultry, other meats, chunk tuna or salmon.
