I am always looking to learn new ways/recipes to add to our holida and everyday meals. This is a great recipe. I make cooking videos too. I’m always looking for new ideas and this one is a keeper! OmMy girl baby left the Midwest lives in New York two years and came home vegan.so here I am. Ok Gurl my journey..🤣🤣. You are right whole Foods price for vegan ricotta $10.99 so I made it following your recipe. I need a little spice in my life so I added red pepper flakes. I did not add sugar not a fan. I just want to say that girl this lasagna is the bomb Diggity. I made the garlic string beans the best I could I am going to purchase your cookbook. I added mushrooms to mine. Looking forward to making more of your recipes You are the Truth..❤️❤️❤️ Has a lil glitch I haven’t used my oven in so long it wouldn’t come on.🤣🤣🤣so I used my air fryer
