*Thank You for putting this info out to all of India …. India is a great country, and is still making huge strides towards becoming the world’s leadership role, however, if peace throughout the world does not prevail then those who have been pushing WW3 will have their way and I’m afraid that India is NOT PREPARED for this fight as it stands today. Between China and Pakistan alone the military growth has been staggering while just the IAF Squadron levels AND more importantly the types of aging fighters that have to be retired in the coming years is going to be a challenge, next to account for is Indias lack of a 5th generation fighter while believing that 2035 when the AMCA starts rolling out the AMCA as a 5+ gen fighter while it will be facing 6th gen fighters is not a good situation. India needs to be more aggressive and realistic in its acquisition of the MRFA, Submarines, Drones and other military assets ASAP….
There are many reasons why I admire India from its culture, growth, people’s, leadership qualities and more…. But it’s position on the world map and those who are her adversaries are not waiting for India to catch up with the assets that would offer “Peace thru Strength or the abundance of a military capability able to defend itself for any extended period of time

I love Modi government and their initiative to modernize our forces but we need to seriously up our d. Budget .The "Make in India" initiative aims to boost domestic defense manufacturing. An increased budget could support research and development of indigenous technologies.A significant portion of India’s military equipment is outdated. Increased budget allocations could facilitate modernization efforts, including acquiring new technology and upgrading existing systems.
So a higher defense budget must be balanced with other critical areas like education, health, and infrastructure. The opportunity cost of increased military spending should be evaluated.

Great broadcast! We need to focus on R&D coming from PSUs and more public private partnerships to make giant strides in vulnerable and deficit areas like jet engines and fighter planes! A lot of vetting has to be done in handing out PSU tech to private players, as we should draw lessons from the past when sensitive defence tech has been sold to our enemies by greedy corporations/companies.

All talks and nothing to show for, I can literally point to the problem, but as Chinese, I will not tell you. Maybe cut of the bribe system.
