Mhmm! I know that helps for sure. But I eat three tacos (without seasoning) pretty often and feel fine, so I know the size of this meal was okay for me. But I definitiely don't eat much more than that!
Katie, since you can't eat dairy, if you want a sort of cheesy taste, you could add nutritional yeast on your tacos. And you'll get some B vitamins, potassium, zinc from it! No gluten, soy, sugar. Some people don't like it but I like it mixed in avocado with salt lol Edit: nails look stunnin!
I'm so glad you mentioned this! I eat Lesser Evil Space Balls (aka fake cheese balls) and they use nutritional yeast and they're so yummy! I should try that for my chicken and beef dishes. Thank you for mentioning it!!
McCormick makes a Gluten Free taco seasoning. I also can’t have gluten and that one was very good. Please be careful with the gluten in seasoning packets.
Be careful with your avocado. I use to work in food service and was told by health inspector that avocado was prone to cause food poisoning. He said that it should be treated like mayo. If discolored, toss it. They could have caused ur issues
Katie, have you tried a Mediterranean spice named Zattar. I think you might be able to tolerate it. I sprinkle on foccacia type bread over olive oil or butter. It's delicious. I put in salad and scrambled eggs sometimes. Or boiled eggs too.
She was making the tortillas into shells so doesn’t rly matter if they are warm 🫶 💚 🥑 Love this little dinner video Katie! And your adorable braid pony
Hi Katie...your pan looks burnt. Maybe you're cooking with the heat way too high. My stainless steel pots and pans don't look like that and I've had them for about 45 years. So I'm just offering you some advice.....keep your burners turned down. Love your videos and YOU!!! ❤😊❤
I was going to say this! I was going to say that cooking tacos shouldn’t cause that much steam/smoke. Always start low and gradually increase the heat as needed. And add your oil to a cool pan vs a hot pan. That will also help!
Hiii! I totally get that, but I eat three tacos for dinner (without the seasoniing) all the time and feel fine. But I totally get what you're saying... small meals are the way to go!
Katie, I am praying for you, as always. I hate it that you feel bad after eating those spices. That would be so hard for me because I love spicy foods🥺I pray that figure out what you can’t eat so that you don’t have to keep going through these allergic reactions 🥺 May God bless you & keep you in His loving care 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
Awe love you and your cooking videos! I eat in a similar way, similar ingredients, very helpful ❤ GOD bless you, always praying for you. Lemon juice may help with the stain on your new pan.
I would get individual organic spices like garlic, cumin, paprika and chili powder to season your food with because the blend might have msg or icky stuff in it Edit: Oh you said this later in the video! I think you should try it

Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?
Vegans don't eat eggs. You mentioned there are eggs in that Caesar dressing, so it's not vegan.
Shes not vegan, she’s eating chicken.
She has allergies to certain foods.
Barkeepers friend….best to get rid of stain

Taco seasoning has dried tomato paste.
Not the one I used! :)

Maybe too much chili spice with the added cholula?
Maybe!
My favorite is tacos 🌮 tacos looks great.
Shouldn’t you have heated up the chicken and taco seasoning first since it takes longer? Then the shells so they won’t get cold.

Katie 🤗🤗 so happy to see this notification ❤
How are you ? Are you still at the same place ?
I wonder if it was the orange sauce you put on the tacos instead of the seasoning
That was Cholula, and I've had that with other food and felt mostly fine. But maybeee it was the combination of them.
Oh I never realized you had stomach digestion issues. I started having issues for a year now. It makes eating so difficult.
I season with turmeric and cayenne and they’re super healthy.
Thanks Katie!
HI from Texas morning y'all
Morning!!
Hello family! ❤️ ❤❤
I think you ate too much. My aunt has esophagus disease and if she eats heavy, she feels very tight. Small meals multiple times a day.

You have good cooking instincts. Don't scrub that pan! It's building up a good seasoning. Just gently wash it out and dry.
