Katie, I’ve been watching u for years. I think u need a goal- some missionary work, relief work, etc. Maybe helping hurricane survivors. I think it would help u immensely to concentrate on helping others and get out of your own head. Just my opinion.

Since you brought up Tamagotchi again, I can’t remember if I brought this up before, but I’ve been using this great self care app called Finch, and basically as you take care of yourself and accomplish whatever daily tasks you have, you grow and can take care of your pet bird in the app. It’s very cute, and I’ve done it 81 days in a row. I look forward to using it every day! I feel like you might like it. It also has like breathing exercises and soundscapes and you can set productivity timers. I’m all about it haha.
I remember those balloon things. Good times. I keep a hand towel on my pillow when I sleep just in case my face oil or products don’t stain or discolor my pillowcase.
