As business owners of course we totally understand utilizing yt and delivery of content to build need for our product/service but man times have changed and some of us are in "tech , "here is what you MUST DO ", INFORMATION OVERLOAD without ANY ACTUAL VALUE FOR THE PROCESS OF GETTING THERE .......THIS IS A GEM 💎💎💎💎

    This video is quite a lot useful; therefore, I watch it time and again! The more I watch, the clearer I become! Sir I think we process identification comes first than ORG chart because.Once identify the processes, it easier to create an org chart.

    • @BusinessDesignCorporation
      @BusinessDesignCorporation  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Remember to create the org chart of your future vision. That way it becomes a strategic growth tool - who will you hire next, what will they do, what do you expect of them and how will they achieve those expectations. Your org chart can tell you all of that. By the way: Here are 2 videos to help you create your org chart: th-cam.com/video/VZm6-atrRZc/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/4yASSqmuWjU/w-d-xo.html and, if you would like a free org chart tool, register at: www.touchstonebusinesssystems.com/easyorg/

For me this means having employees that are handling the day to day tasks that keep the business running. This will free my time up so I can begin working ON my business. @@trentdelgadillo4152 id recommend out small business application and follow the same plan:
      1. VISION: Write down what you think the business will look like in 3-7 years, (revenue, # of employees etc). Its a description of your dream. It doesn't have to perfect.
      2. Create the org chart of that future dream.
      3. Pay ATTENTION to the processes your are doing, an the position on your org chart that would be accountable for doing them. Give each process a name and assign it to the position even when you're doing everything which is what happens in a growing company. Then you'll be ready to hire someone for one of the positions on your org chart.

    • @BusinessDesignCorporation
      @BusinessDesignCorporation  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's the perfect mindset. A lot of entrepreneurs think all they have to do is work really hard and they will find success. What usually happens is they create a really stressful and overwhelming job for themselves, they end up working really hard, and their business is rarely worth what they think it is worth if and when they choose to sell it. If your intention is to grow, create your vision, create the org chart of that future vision, and go to work on the processes for each of the positions on your org chart. Then, when you hire someone, you have all you need to onboard, train and manage a new employee for success. - good work.

      Yes and, I'd recommend reading "Built to Sell' by John Warrillow. It's a very good read about a guy who owns an advertising agency doing about $1.2M USD in revenue. The business is overwhelming him. He goes to a friend who's in the business of selling businesses. His friend tells him he has nothing to sell. Who would want 'his job'? And it is the story of how he then recreates his business into a valuable and saleable asset.

      Do you have a plan? And are you following your plan. You've probably heard this saying; ... If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". You need a process for Strategic Planning. We have this process pre-written in the TouchStone library. It starts with a 'documented long term vision. From the long term vision, you establish annual priorities (goals). From the annual priorities you establish quarterly goals and you measure and monitor the progress you're making on your quarterly goals monthly. Heres a good video on the topic: th-cam.com/video/tZhs_WK3i4w/w-d-xo.htmlsi=AAZypLmKe2v1g3f7
