10:58 Webber Middle School and Webber Elementary used to be there. My brother and I both went there in the early 90s. I remember we used to ride bikes on Owen and Lowell back then. I wasn't allowed to go to Ashtar Store because it was always getting robbed and shot up. I have so many great memories growing up in Sagnasty. I left about a decade ago but Sag will ALWAYS be home.
Born in Saginaw in 1954…..lived on the west side until 1959 when my parents bought a beautiful old brick home right across the street from St. Mary’s hospital…..it is still there used as a small hotel for families of patients. Back then the neighborhood was full of kids..went to Hoyt Elementary. All gone…….
Chosen Won I love you for this dose of home, I just subbed but you hurt my heart driving around "The High" almost like it was on purpose but I know better. The fair grounds has seen better days and I heard The Rib Shack burned down. Stay safe & God bless!
Omg my home ❤ My body moved but my heart stayed...I plan on being buried in the same Saginaw cemetery as my grandparents....if not there, then in Traverse City with my great grandparents and great great grandparents ❤️ Saginaw used to be the most beautiful place...so many good memories. I had to pause the video a few times because it hurt my heart a little. Not in a bad way.....so many good memories. The only thing that hurts in a bad way is the lack of kids playing outside and lack of people in general. When I was a kid, you couldn't go half a block without passing kids on bikes etc...

I remember the Cat Lady used to live across from St. Mary's too. She would walk her Jaguar on a leash and traffic would often stop to check it out.
