Cagers are an issue these days. They all preoccupied, like on the phone, doing things other than driving proper. I've ridden for 55 years, never been more dangerous to ride than present day.

It is past time we need to pass the law. We’re police must stop every vehicle who is on their cell phone and they immediately get a $10,000 fine. They can’t fight it in court everything everything’s registered. They have to pay the $10,000 fine before they can get their license back.
