The new Honda Jazz Hybrid and City Hybrid models in Malaysia get a temporary tyre repair kit instead of a proper spare tyre. Here's a short demo of how it works.
I rather risk it than pay RM 183. If small puncture, can still drive below 60-70kph to the nearest tyre repair shop. 1 patch is approx RM 5-6 without GST. Or alternatively, keep a portable tyre pump in the boot. Saved me many times. Just plug and pump. Stop and repeat if necessary.
@@paultanautonews Hello, I have a question. Is the e-cvt transmission used in this new 1.5 cc Honda Jazz exactly the same system as the e-cvt used in the 1.8 cc Toyota Corolla sedan or is it a different system? The reason why I asked this was they said that the risk of deterioration of the e-cvt system used in Corolla is less than the normal CVT. Do you think we will have problems with the e-cvt gearbox if we buy Jazz?

Quirinus Jr haha yup..same thought..
paultan getting all the best talents lol
3rd party sealant actually cost a lot cheaper than that. Better get a spare tyre instead of this, still.
isn't Matthew from auto buzz
no longer
Can the tyre pressure pump be use again and again after this or just one time off thing?
What happened when you broke your tire
honda bet u won't change it yourselve...
Can the tyre be use again after applying the sealant?
*Isn't this guy is from autobuzz?
+HMMaster if the tyre can be patched up, then it can be used.
@paultan can you dismantle the tyre and show us how it looks like which got the sealant pump in, and how tyre mechanic view on this?
