My mother used to love the original when I was a kid. So, I most definetly am very familiar with it. And when YT recommended me this I kinda scratched my head. But man... This is stupendously good. And, even when the title says Symphonic, it definetly gives me Power Metal vibes in that middle part. And I am on a huge Power Metal trip right now. Definetly listening about a billion times more.

OH! MY! F&^%$*#NG! GOD!!!! What an absolute BEAST of a BANGER this turned out to be. Toni Braxton's voice was so silky sexy smooth, it was almost unreal. Kristin, your INSANELY powerful vocal range is so well displayed in this classic song. I LOVE the symphonic metal treatment you and Bradley came up with. It really does work as a KILLER metal song. The guitars just add a neat depth of majesty to the soundscape, and then the power symphonic metal breakdown starts and the whole damn thing just takes off running! The higher octave vocals just SOAR here, and Bradley just SHREDS the hell out of this one. Okay, now that my neck is sore from enjoying this smoldering slow banger of a metal cover, what are you going to grace our ears with next?!?!?!?
