For my 12GA, I have some slugs, some bird shot and mostly buckshot. Then you have 9mm, 556/223, 22lr, 308/7.62x51 and 7.62x39 for shooters with SKS, Mini-30 and other such firearms. Stock up on ammo that fits your guns. I only stocked up on ammo of a caliber I didn't have one time. I had friends that had rifles for that caliber so I knew I would have no problem getting rid of the ammo. I had about 1,400 rounds. One day a friend offered me a semi-automatic rifle in that caliber for a price I could not refuse. My chest riggs and plate carriers hold six rifle mags, three pistol mags, IFAK, canteen, comms, etc.

Both my go too, rifle and my revolver are in 357 mag, one ammo PMC, 158grn JSP , practice weekly (at least once), I also hand load. I designed a Tube method of feeding Henry...I stock over 1500 rounds, plus some 38 spl, for these two . This is a Great video .. You are right in general and with what the 5 most common calibers are.
I personally - for me -would include .38 special .
.38 and not .357 cause it will work in both and because i like my revolvers.
Also it would not hurt to have two or three boxes of whatever other caliber in stock.
But one thing that comes to my mind is that imho, the one thing you do not in a shtf is to waste 100 rounds of your precious ammo a month for plinking /training...
I heard that from others too...
I think this is fallacy of many folks that are very much into firearms and are used to burn buckets of ammo on regular bases during times of abundance.
They simply can not imagine not to...
You will be very busy doing other things and if you practise with live ammo you should be doing it as sparringly as possible . Do more dryfire and exercice with with your guns instead. You might practice trigger control and some shooting with a pellet rifle additionally ..
Stocking 1000 rounds of centerfire ammo for each of your main fighting weapon is probably a good start.

Where are you that 556 is way cheaper than 300 blackout? I got 1k rounds of 556 for 500$ shipped with tax, 1k rounds of 300 BO was 517$

      I have 556. I don't have 300 BO, so it's going to be 556. I bought 1,000 rounds in 2020 for $400.

That Winchester white box makes my ar15 into a flame thrower the amount of muzzle flash makes me lose sight on my target. I have pictures of the muzzle flash and it’s about 4 feet to the right and left and 2 feet up totally useless in my rifle. I bought some Australian f1 62 grain rounds and those are basically green tips from Australia and they are my to go rounds. They use a powder that doesn’t create muzzle flash.

It might be seen as a nitpick; but you start by saying cartridges 9mm & 5.56N, then go into types buckshot & bird shot In lieu of 12 gauge.
You need to be more general in your cartridge selection. Not everyone has a 9mm and/or 5.56N. I think if you had said your primary sidearm ammo (be it 9mm, 40 S&W or 45 ACP) and fighting rifle ammo (5.56N, 308 Win/7.62N or 7.62x39), you cover more indiviguals in more locations.
I have seen drones talked about being taken down by a shotgun. I think this is wishful thinking. Small camera drones can operate above 300ft. Weaponized drones are bigger do to payload and will/can fly higher. Military drones like our Predator & Repear fly much higher. I'm a good skeet/trap shooter, but I don't think the pattern is tight enough at 300ft to get any reliable hit.
Finally, I can't argue on your general idea or round count.
