My heart longs to see him. My brother had one leg amputated 2 yrs ago and underwent surgery to amputate the other one last month. (Diabetes ) I became a caregiver to a dear friend with no living relatives, he suffered a stroke which left him blind in one eye with the second eye slowly loosing vision. As I've listened to her sing this beautiful song, I am reminded the grace of Christ is sufficient for each of His own no matter what the suffering,loss or storm may be. Thank you for your blessing in sharing a lovely young lady with an amazing and unique voice! Merry Christmas! !
I love this song, it is so emotional to see my granddaugther sing and her sister play piano. The text is also based on Isaiah 35, o yes, "Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped; then shall the lame man leap like a hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing for joy." This is a unique version, and in my opinion very very good of this beautiful song created by Mark Lowry and Buddy Greene.
