    Going to incorporate the fat grips. Great tip. In a gym without a lot of bar variation I’ll take it.

    The use of fat grips to increase range of motion is so simple, it’s brilliant! 👍👍

    • @CankleCankle
      @CankleCankle 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Same, I haven't yet seen Matt breakdown OHP. Ive been doing them in the rack with the safety bars a little lower than shoulder height 2-3X's a week. In one month, im already significantly stronger at it and it has improved my bench press. I'll do them at the end of chest day and on squats day.

    Trying to push the triceps into your lads makes totally sense in the way that the triceps is attached or has original whatever you say in English on the scapula and the less whether that have is attachment will it is is on the on the bone but what about tears major Tiaras major sits on

    • @WenningStrength
      @WenningStrength  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It’s about 1inch. And yep 1inch x10 reps is 10 inches x 6-8 working sets is 60-80 more inches of ROM. But who am I to say
