This is what Chris Smoove was talking about 2K changes shooting every release or every week or so but never improve the defense or shot contest, people just want exploited gameplay it doesn’t have to be realistic but at least put some other effort into other aspects of the game

You literally just learn your tell like in Old 2ks and there’s no penalty for being late but it is one for being closer with meter off. Makes it so much easier. Esp online where the meter lags like fuxk and you could full bar it and it’ll say slightly late with a 90 3 ball. But at least this yr on 24 you can actually make slightlys. Last year you could only make greens like 90 % of the time. Now it’s like 60/40 or somehere around there. And the defense I feel is closer to 2k22 defense which was better. Last yr if you had a gaurd no matter what your block was or if you had chase down artist you could not do shit. This yr is closer to 22. Bc on 22 my gaurd had a 47 block but had chase down artist but a high vert so if I timed it I could get blocks. On 23 I tried to do the same thing bc the requirements was the same for the badge but I never not once got a chase down block. Not even in my career rookie mode lmao

The shot meter is trash they need to go back to signature shots. I want to feel like I'm actually shooting with that player not looking at some damn meter.

@SameOldBryce what helped me wit shooting on 24'was finding a jumpshot wit a -A defense immunity and that i can use on all my players no matter their height
1. my gm isnt 6 minutes only 2.we can do drafts especially the all star. 3. there are more interactive things with officials, Management and players. 4. The audience could be improved including the all star players on the side. 5. More trophy awardings 6. Wnba my gm 7. Presence of Adam silver and owners 8. Multiple seasoned of my gm 9. Celebrity audiences 10. Actual signing of players 11. More press conferences and inroductions 12. Presence of woj, Brian, mark, chris, shams and other NBA casters and analysis 13. Actual announcement, introduction and interview of NBA draft class. And actual protected draft class 14. Presence of mascots 15. More visuals on injuries
