Its not possible for a 400 to run cool lol- my first thought, they're wicked cool tho!! 😂400's are snappy power makers and I've always loved em still .
Yeah when I first got this running the heads got to 240 which was not good at all. I had to replace the water pump and fix the backing plate since it had rusted out.

Had a 4 row rad in my firebird, problem solved.
