It would taste better when it's ripe! They are very dark when they ripen...

It was ripe! This year, they came on early and it was getting too soft. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m curious to see if they are darker this fall. The tomatoes I grew these seeds from last year were very dark and had more flavor!

I've had no luck with Black Krim or Cherokee..

I have a monster out there on my plant, but they aren’t as dark as last year. I may do another video comparing one or two varieties🤷🏼‍♂️
Last year mine barely made any just before the frost and I was able to save seeds. This year, I have a greenhouse and it has been a lifesaver.

@@kcjilly2515 I tried Cherokee for many years.. total disappointment, but now that I think of it they were all done from the same seeds and maybe that could of been the problem.. Black krim just never had much production and not worth the space in my garden

@@chipsammich2078 last year I grew quite a few black Krim and they seemed much darker than the tomatoes produced from their seeds. I did post another video about the black Krim vs black pineapple and actually came to a shocking conclusion!
I will say that excluding cherry tomatoes, my plants aren’t the most prolific. I just have a bunch of plants! So I get my fair share. I hope to give the Cherokee a try at some point. I think different seeds do make a difference sometimes.

Cherokees are stingy producers. I tried for 5 years with them and the best I've had was 5 per plant! Much better luck with Black Krim..
