That’s a real big Bonnie! Seems like a lot of fun, good catch.
We can't wait to get in on some of that Baja Magic!!!
enjoying Nature at its finest.
We really enjoy your videos , thanks for sharing another epic adventure.
keep them coming.
Thanks for the continued support & I know you guys are going to really appreciate the beauty of the Baja not to mention the fishing of course!!
Reminds me of a trip we took to Baja (Eastern Cape) back in 2008.
Great place and must get back some time.
Que buena toma submarina, La libertad del pez alejándose proporciona bastante paz.
Por supuesto, siempre se siente bien poder liberarlos de manera segura... definitivamente se suma a toda la experiencia. Gracias por los comentarios.
Let's go
Is this in Costa Rica? I'm just getting ready for a trip to Costa Rica and looking for fishing information. Were you using live baits as well or mostly casting artificial lures? How about freshwater fishing? Great video thanks for sharing. Cheers from Canada.
Hi Laszlo, this video was filmed up in Punta Arena in Southern Baja, Mexico. Pretty incredible spot to fish & on this trip I was using mainly metal jigs/lures targeting yellowtail which you can get off the beach there in winter & early spring. Awesome to hear you enjoyed the video...thank you 👍
is that a bonita u caught at the end. super huge
Yeah, definitely a PB bonito from the shore...super fun!!
What gear are you using (rod and reel).. do you recommend using wire leaders?
Hi Rozario, the rod I use is a century slingshot and most of the time I'm using my shimano twinpower or saragosa 14000. Definitely fluorocarbon over wire leaders.
Is that Isla Cerralvo nearby?
Sure is...awesome spot!!
What lure you using?
Hi Tyler, I was using metal jigs...3Oz in weight...colors that were working well were pink/chrome & green/chrome.
what time of year was this shot?
Hi Otto, that was around April...an awesome time to be in that spot.
