- So Apparently Geraldo Can Do This... BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - this weird feature involving the bottom path mermonkey totem and Geraldo's fire bottle makes it so this challenge is actually possible to pull off!

Another thing that probably not intended but has been in the game since the release of Gerardo is putting the fore onto middle path boomerang and then activating his ability, it changes the projectile for the fire to the boomerangs instead of fireballs

It also inherits the buff from the middle path (attack speed for 4th tier and +7 dmg for 5th tier)

@@Blovy123in one of the patch notes (I don’t remember which, one a little bit after Geraldo came out) they said they noticed the bug during testing but thought it was funny and interesting enough that they kept it in

Whats a bit sad atm is that you cant really combine harmonic with fire effects since the harmonic always triggers fire effects insted of the most dmg effect like glue or glaives... Found that out the hard way this boss event, when thanks to gwen my meremonkey went from 1500 dmg per tick to 64 dmg per tick -.-

I literally made a challenge in the editor taking advantage of this gimmick back when the tower released, but somehow it never once clicked that being able to apply more than one Gerry fire was not normal. I just thought it was a quirky idea to make a challenge where you have to use the totem as the Gerry fire target to get it attacking spots you otherwise couldn't reach.
at this point you can probably list a Geraldo related bug for every version of the game
if you use perma charge while having gerrys fire on the boomerang the gerrys fire gets the turbo charge ability

I like the interaction plus theres a glitch with the bug that makes the jerry fire permanent but only one is permanent unless you lose all your lives.
I dont know how the glitch happens but if you go into sandbox and mess with the t4 one and place the totem with jerry on it and upgrade to t5 sometimes when you put it back on after moving the totem again it wont go away
21:12 totem still triggers when bad is in range (that's why boomer or bloon solver works so good with this)

This is interresting, I think that the achemist is a cool idea because it allows you to put the totem further and the mermonkey wont attack to consume the potion.

i thought this would be too op but i now see that jerry fire misses the bloons that spin around it, and can only hit bloons if there are multiple of them spinning. though that still isn’t that bad.

It doesn't but it's a bug with when you place them on the totem
There's probably a special case for the Mermonkey to show its subtowers' ranges to show the totems range.

did you know you can actually pick the tier 5 totem up with door gunner as well, not sure if it was intended but pretty cool feature
used to be more op when geraldo had rejuv pot had inf refresh. best way to go lategame with door gunner and buffs.

I discovered a bug with the meremonkey when you put Jerry s fire on the mere monkey and the upgrade bottom path to tier 4 the Jerry fire disapears but it stills shows the Jerry fire icon

overclock only works on the base tower and doesn't affect subtowers. call to arms affects everything
