Had lot of sputter/cut out problems, checked plugs, changed clutch weights, changed muffler sensor, still cut out at around 7000 rpm, fuel pressure regulator popped out of place the grey plastic clip on it broke, and a wire was broke on the fuel pump, got a new one on the way finally cant wait to get the part
Nice job on the airintake! Wouldn´t a vent on the sidepanel be quite exposed to wear and tear when sidehilling and branches? I think im going to add some vents right next to the shock tower, below the oilres.
I found a fuel pump at O’Rileys part # I’m stuck at 19:00 I’ve been trying for hours to get this o ring seated in. What’s the trick? It’s on the second grove in I put grease on o ring and every time the ring bulges up and gets pushed out. Or gas is leaking. Ehh…

I'm doing my fuel pump next week. Dealer tried to charge me 1500 to do it.
Xtreme air vents have some of the nicest and strongest vents available!
I like the hot air elimination kit from SLP seem to work great.

Thanks man. I have owned sleds with side panel vents and never had issues but it all depends where they are located and how strong they are built

I cannot get the oring to seat and what's the trick?
I am not finding this fuel pump part number you state in your video. Did you use the KEMSO 340LPH High Performance Fuel Pump or the 255LPH ?
How was the small sock filter did she last ?
Yes it has done quite well, i still think the stock doo filter will be the better one over time
The sock filter im usin in my gen4 tundra is HFP-S48 sock filter by quantum fuel
any problems after you changed the fuel pump?
I have the same issue at wide open throttle it’ll fall on it’s face and I almost flip over the bars. Did the fuel pump fix your problem?
